Tom Judge CPA, MBA

Tom Judge has 20 years extensive experience in all aspects of business services, including tax and financial planning; internal controls; human resource; and management services. Tom's experiences in both public accounting and private business give him a unique perspective into the tax, financial and management needs of small business owners.

Tom started his career with one of the largest international public accounting firms studying taxes. He then went to work for one of the largest manufacturers in Lake County to gain a better perspective on running a private business. During this time he became a member of the company's executive team and assisted the company in all facets of its business.

Paul Pahoresky, CPA, MBA

Paul Pahoresky has over 20 years of professional experience in accounting and finance in roles as Corporate Controller, Director of Finance and Senior Internal Auditor. Paul has an MBA in Banking and Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, and an Undergraduate Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. Paul also is a Certified Management Accountant, and Certified in Financial Management. Recently Paul was instrumental in preparing the financial statements for a local biotech research company that went through an initial public offering.

Paul has worked for, and with, businesses from startup companies to Fortune 500 organizations within various industries in providing tax, accounting, and management expertise throughout his career.
